Q: Is the course virtual or in person?

A- Either! In-person sessions must be booked for 4-5 consecutive days. Virtual sessions can be split up into half-days and done over time.


Q: How long is the course?

A: The course runs in 6-8 hour sessions and will take 4-5 full days to complete.


Q: What if I’m not a leader?

A: While the content will be most relatable if you are currently in a leadership role, this program is also for anyone who is preparing to take on a leadership role. 


Q: Will I receive a certificate for completing this course?

A Yes! You will be emailed a Certificate of Completion (pdf).


Q: Is the course offered in any other languages?

A: Yes, the course will be available in English, German, French and will eventually be translated into Spanish and other languages to be announced in 2025.
